How to package the 3D PU paper?
Packaging:
1000m/1250m/2500m per roll, water proof polyester film inside, Multi-layer craft paper outside.
20ft Container carries 180,000-320,000m.
How to Apply The 3D Finish Foil on The Board?
The 3D finish foil can be applied on the board by manual work or processing machine.
For manual work: you should apply wood glue or white adhesive on the board, then apply the foil finish on the wood like the surface.
For the process machine: Paper & PVC stick machine/low temperature press machine are workable for the applying.
What Are Applications of 3D Paper Foil ?
The paper foil is mainly used for the furniture boards surfacing decorating.
Normally used on interior lining panels, like the inside of drawer, back side of cabinets, skirting and profiles wrapping, photo frame, laptop desks, small furniture surfacing and etc.
